For the first time ever, both summer and winter sports were contested internationally at the same X Games event. We were honoured to be selected to exclusively build and deliver all the public food concepts. The event took place over 5 days, had 35 000 visitors and millions of viewers internationally. We build 3 different concepts for the 3 locations. We had a Food truck feast for the skateboarding event, a Forest feast for the superpipe and a Backyard feast for the bigair. The food had excellent reviews on national television with more than 1.8 million viewers, as well as live coverage through X Games official snapchat story.
We also created an activation for the on-demand food boutique Foodora, where they delivered all the food from our restaurants to the VIP section in their very distinctive pink uniforms. Creating huge brand awareness.
